Happy New Year! It’s 2016! How crazy is that? 2015 flew by. It’s bitter-sweet. Last year during this time I was in the full swing of working on my cookbook and all I wanted was for 2015 to be over. I knew my whole year was going to be swallowed by the cookbook…finishing it, promoting it, touring for it…2015 was literally all about Clean Eating with a Dirty Mind non-stop. Don’t get me wrong, it was absolutely the most incredible and amazing experience of my life, but it was a lot of work and it was definitely all-consuming. So now it’s nice to close that chapter (literally, cause it’s a book. Get it? Get my pun?! I love puns) and sit back and kind of relax for a bit. How was your 2015? Did you spend what feels like the majority of it in an online waiting room trying to get Adele tickets? What a piece of dumb crap disaster that was. Yes AXS, I’m speaking directly to you. What did you do for New Years Eve? I stayed home with my cats. I know. Please don’t attach a meme in the comments.
While we are talking about books and not being all bitter about Adele tickets, or ashamed of being a cat lady, I’m so excited about this The Best Paleo Recipes of 2015 eBook! Have you seen this thing yet? My friends Bill and Hayley over at Primal Palate, threw this puppy together and it’s incredible! This year’s eBook features 32 of the top names in Paleo, 192 incredible recipes (some of which have never been published before), all collected in a convenient eBook you can have on your phone, tablet, and computer. If you’re like me, you’re going to be BLOWN AWAY by this year’s recipes. I contributed 6 of my best recipes to the eBook, including a recipe for Almond Joy Cookies that has never been released before, you can only get it here!
The really cool thing about this eBook, is that it’s totally a portable format and mobile-friendly. Download a copy to your phone, a copy to your tablet, and a copy to your home computer. Are you literally at the grocery store and need a dinner idea in a hurry? Browse the table of contents to view all of the recipes quickly and easily wherever you are. Because it’s an interactive PDF document, getting around the eBook is just like getting around a website. A couple clicks takes you where you want to go in the eBook. This eBook is super user friendly. Look how freaking cute Juli and her tacos are!
Here’s a sample of some of the recipes I contributed. You’ll LOVE the Almond Joy Cookies! Get this eBook before it’s like 2015…gone!
